The fabrication process can often require a lot of expensive tooling, holding large items at 90 degrees can be difficult without the right setup. To solve this problem we have developed 4 different 90 degree uprights that you can fabricate yourself.
Sizes: 8 Holes x 2 Holes x 6 Holes measuring 225mm long by 75mm wide by 175mm high.
10 Holes x 2 Holes x 6 Holes measuring 275mm long by 75mm wide by 175mm high.
10 Holes x 4 Holes x 6 Holes measuring 275mm long by 125mm wide by 175mm high.
15 Holes x 3 Holes x 6 Holes measuring 400mm long by 100mm wide by 175mm high.
Your purchase will include the DXF files to download which will then need to be sent to your local laser or plasma cutter shop (or you can plasma cut this out yourself) out of 6mm thick mild steel plate, I recommend you use Pickled and Oiled Mild Steel for a scale free finish and ease of weldability.
The 16mm diameter hole pattern sits on a 50mm x 50mm grid and matches the JIG table which go great together
